Real Estate sector in India is one of the most unorganized sector in India.
Especially in cities where IT industry has a significant presence.
Speculatively, prices of houses are sky rocketted.
Now its no more about buying a dream home.
Instead its become difficult to even get a basic roof to stay.
In most of these cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune, people are illtreated by builders and developers.
And literally robbed by builders and government departments.
With consumer laws being next to non-existent, consumers are facing the problems.
With an aim to uncover such problems with builders, and make their behaviour public, I would like launch this blog.
I would like people who have faced with such problems and voice their problems through this medium.
Lets use this forum to list all the builder troubles and make the matter open in public.
And at the least lets make new home buyers aware about the builders.

The only way to show them their own state is stop buying flats for next few years. Builders has to come down automatically once thay get backfight. Its just looting and nothing else.
I know our own home is everyones dream, but if its costing you too much for which its not liable, its worthless to go for that.
i have had a nasty experience with Madhura Developers Bangalore. The MD is one V.S.Chandrashekar.
Bookings started in end-2004. Each fllor slab took double or sometimes triple the normal time. The handover was initially promised in Aug 2007, but that was one of several lies.
The superstructure itself was finished only in Oct 2007 and possession started in early 2009. Now he has not speeded up the KEB connection, and there is practically no work done on the lift. Their modus opernadi: give a dadline say July 2007. A few weeks before the end of July, extend the deadline to end September. Go on doing this.... Their original timeline for the lift was Nov. Nothing has started. An absolute cheat and a liar..threatened to return the money paid in 2006 when customers complained about the slow pace of work.
Never go with Madhura Developers. Remember the name VS Chandrashekar.
