A lift collapsed in Siddhivinayak Ginger today (28-Feb-2008). There were four senior citizens in it. Fortunately, nobody was hurt; but the involved got a mental shock of the incident and had to be rescued.
This review is suitable for all who are looking for property in Pune and Chinchwad area. I have bought a flat in Pimple Saudagar in Siddhivinayak Ginger. The site is developed and marketed by Siddhivinayak and Namrata developers. The staff at the marketting office is very helpful, atleast till you have bought a flat with them. The first two buildings A1 and A2 are of better quality than A3 A4 and A5 buildings. Many flats of A1and A2 have already developed cracks and water seepage problem.
The internal doorframes are so substandard that they are coming apart. Some of the flat owners had to replace the latches provided for the mail doors. Mr. Sakla in person promised that he will repair all the defetcs within the flats but that day is yet to come. It was promised that the A3 onward buildings will be provided with 2 lifts per wing but this remained as an unfulfilled promise. Even after handing over the flats to owner in end of 2005, the common amenities like Garden, community hall, gymnasium are nowhere to completion.
The Case of the missing Sale Deed !
For prospective buyers of S3, it'd help to know that the builder has still not handed over the sale deed of the neighbouring Subhashree Woods Complex to the Society Residents, even after at least 3 years of project completion.This piece of paper is *THE* document that gives you the right to own the property. What is means is that if the same thing happens with S3, you will not be able to sell off your property.

I hope no criminal/fraud/bad/tamasha characters live there in disguise of being noble families and software professionals. I think before alloting homes to anyone their background must be throughly verified. Money don't bring characters.
Outer security is not enough, we should see that inner security is also there and criminals are not living there in disguise otherwise they will bring troubles by communicating to criminals outside and playing their crime games. This is becos rich frauds and gangsters also get attracted towards rich homes.
Even if there is any trouble sound like any woman being tortured by in-laws inside any home, people should not keep mum or get carried away by high names or their external good profile but should take immediate action against those criminals and should immediately hand over them to police. These happenings lower the name and standard of human society. Society means a place where everyone feels secured including young women and children.
Is it not possible to have a police-picket inside the society?
Marry and then u will know who are these mummy papa and beta are,their damad comes in big car, blogs about his greatness. Woman loses her honour, they say -...to build houses you need to destroy other homes...see these wharwas community...afraid of no crimes...they commit crime and blame defame others because in public they do pujan...spread from maharasta to bihar..trained for crimes...so many pros, wharwas will come in marriage with their child oH they are not family ones, ppl know only after marriage who they are....these goons have their degrees made and put in jobs even in IT field so that no one recognises these goons...see criminals are so drama bazz and whole families can play drama. So many bhais jobs, no need to work hard, destroy others peace, just one need to put up a gang to bring all predators and criminals into it...crime uncontrolled because they have now money.
I had booked a flat in Gyanodaya with Siddhivinayak builders in Balwadi area in 2009-2010. Till date no construction has been started. The company is making different reasons for delaying the project. They were conducting meetings but all in waste. They last said they will communicate a new plan because of the road that government has taken from the project. We are already late for the flat and cannot wait for more as we are in need of flat. We are unnecessarily paying rents. If we are looking for a new property, the cost has risen up in all areas. This is disgusting and frustrating us. There is no loss on the part of builder. He is working on new projects and making big money. Why people are not raising a voice? Jagooooooooo
I know that builder is cheating with Subhashri Woods and S3 people.I am living in this building and now want to leave. This builder is not the trustworthy . He is delaying the project S3 not formed society and not completed project still have many remaining things which are pending. Security is not proper, approach road is not good , flats still vacant but nobody is buying these flats at 10,11 floor due to not in good condition.
