Hi,
I have been cheated by Montvert Builder. I booked a flat with him in Jan 2005 and give him ADF. Till now he has not given me flat. no construction is goign on for last 1 year. now he is saying i am not gettting TDR so you shift to other project where he has not get his plan sanctioned yet. Montvert has cheated me very badly and they are not ready to give my money back or give me flat, so please help!!! Montvert Dieu 'C' flat owner

NEVER book any flat from MOnt Vert Builders. Check out their site Dieu, Finesse, Tranquille. They are shelved from last 2 years. More than 150 poeple are trapped. They have taken loan from banks and paying EMIs for nothing. Just imagine the situation where you have registered your flat, taken loan, paying EMI/ Pre EMI (atleast 25,000 pm), wait for 2 years, paying rent at same time (say 15000 pm) and after 2 years you come to know that your dream house will no more be constructed.

Never, never, never book any flat from Mont Vert. Please visit their sites Dieu, Finesse, Traquille and find out the truth yourself. There are more than 150 flat owners who booked flat in these sites 2-3 yrs back and their contruction is indefinitely postponed. We are paying rent and EMI for nothing.
DON'T TAKE LOAN FROM ICICI or HDFC. These banks have sanctioned loan without even seeing the property documents. They are equally frauds. Once you have taken the loan, you are trapped.

I am also one of the victim of Mont Vert. I booked the flat in 2004. After a lot of delays and dramas, flat was registered in Nov-05 and given them ADF. Construction was stopped in Jan-06 due to lack of TDR and not approved plans.

My current situation is that I am paying EMI 17000 pm, 12000 rent pm and have to continue atleast till next 2 years (possibly more)
My advise to everybody that don't even think of booking any flat of this builder. Holding burning coal is no intelligence. This builder can spared if only one site had some problems. Almost all of their site have same issue. Hunderds of people are trapped by this builder. HDFC and ICICI Banks are equally frauds. They fully disbursed the loan without even checking the legal documents.

This builder is a real cheat. Other project Montvert Tranquille by this builder is also delayed by more than 1 year. Still no hope of possession. I believe this entire builder community doesn't have any ethics & values. They just care about money and play with people's emotions.
