Scary Story : Chordia Landmarks : Mithras Park

The Chordia Group, suppose to be a reputed organization in the construction and land development sector for the last two decades. Mithras Park is situated at Pimple Saudagar - Aundh Annex, Pune City.

Mithras Park is supposed to comprise of three minutely planned buildings having 84 Luxurious 2BHK and 3BHK Terrace flats to suit your style and comfort

But some of the real facts about this projects are:
- Another case of builder taking his customers for a ride.
- No Drinking(Corporation) water supply. Though Builder claims that they supply only Corporation water.
- Builder has collected maintenance charges, but provides no proper maintenance. Though there is a generator for power back, it is never switched on when power goes off.
- Builder claims to provide Solar water supply, but the Solar system needs a repair every 3 days due to Bore Water supply.
- There is nobody to address the resident complaints in Mithras Park. Any complaints made to builder in respect with the surrounding are ignored by the builder. Even after repeated complaints, no action is being taken.
- There is no Society being formed, so residents are not able to take any action. Builder is not ready to handover things to society as his hotel project is going on. And also most of the flats in one of the building are unsold.
- Builder charges hefty for clubhouse and other amenities. But Gym equipment provided are of very low quality. Tread provided is a manual read mill.
- Lawn in the Garden provided is not maintained properly.
- No proper security. Though there are security guards seen near the building, but he just a spectator. And allows anybody to enter the premise including sales man and stray animals.
- Builder has his hotel being constructed near the project. For his hotel project, builder uses the resources of Mithras Park.
- Workers working on builders hotel project, have vitually created their huts in Mithras Park basement.
- Parking space in Mtihras Park is being shared by Residents of Mithras Park and Builders Hotel project.
- Residents have provided a list of 30-40 issues to the builder, but builder has ignored it.
- Most of the flats are occupied by tenants, mostly by bachelors.

So be aware of this builder, and do proper inquiry before buying any flat in this project.
